An error is received because the model you want to use is not defined in our bank system. The definition should be made by sending the model you want to work with to the eticaretdestek@garantibbva.com.tr e-mail address.

The received error is received in cases where the fields that make up the value of the hash data sent in your coding do not match the values defined in the system or the coding posted. We kindly ask you to check these fields and try the operation again, and if the error persists, send us the fields that make up the hash value and the hash value you have created. 
 
Also, please reset your PROVAUT and 3D password used in coding and update it in coding.


This error message can have 3 different causes;

1. It may be caused by incorrect passwords used in the software. (PROVAUT/PROVOOS/3D passwords)

2. You should check your hash structure. It may be caused when the hash data is calculated incorrectly.

3. You should check the hidden/input fields in the code you posted. It may be used in an empty or incorrect format.

The terminal information in the "TerminalID" value you used in the installation may have been entered incorrectly or your post address may be incorrect. you should check your terminal number and post address.


It is taken because the currency (CurrencyCode) you want to trade is not defined in your virtual pos. Note: With the virtual pos Multi Currency definition, transactions can be made by sending 949 currency codes for your TL transactions, 840 for your USD transactions, 978 for your EURO transactions, 826 for your GBP transactions, 392 for your JPY transactions, and 810 for your RUB transactions. With domestic cards, AMEX cards and YDCKK (Chinese cards), transactions can only be sent in TL currency. With international cards, you can send transactions in any currency you want.

The TLS protocol of your SSL on your server should be 1.2. You must be making transactions with our bank using this protocol. You are getting an error because you want to log out with TLS 1.0 or 1.1.
