PrestaShop Garanti BBVA v1.7.x and v8.x Payment Module Integration

PrestaShop is a popular open-source platform for e-commerce websites. With the Garanti BBVA payment module, you can offer your customers secure payment options. Below is a step-by-step guide explaining the Garanti BBVA module installation process.

PLUGIN DOWNLOAD

Click here (https://github.com/eticsoft/garantibbva-prestashop-module/releases), select the latest version on the page that opens, and then you can download the file named garantibbva.zip.

INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

• Click on Modules > Module Manager in the left menu.

• Click on the Install Module button in the upper right corner of the page.

• In the window that opens, select the Garanti BBVA ModuleZIP file you downloaded to your computer and wait for the installation to complete.

Module Installation via FTP (Alternative Method)

If the installation fails via the admin panel, follow these steps to manually install the module:

• Connect to your server using FileZilla or a similar FTP client.

• Go to the modules directory (/var/www/html/modules/ or /public_html/modules/).

• Extract the ZIP file to your computer.

• Upload the extracted garantibbva folder to the modules directory.

• Log in to the admin panel and go to Modules > Module Manager.

• Find the Garanti BBVA module in the list and click the Install button.

CONFIGURING SETTINGS

• Go to Modules > Module Manager from the admin panel.

• Click the Configure button next to the Garanti BBVA module.

• To use the module, click the Register button in the module interface that opens and create an account by entering the required information.

• Enter the user information you created and click the Login button.

• Enter the verification code sent to your email address.

• Click the Verify button.

• Click the Payment Method tab in the interface that opens.

• Enter the information provided by Garanti BBVA.

• After entering the configurations, click the Save button.

Verify that the Garanti BBVA payment process is working smoothly by creating a test order.

TESTING PHASE

• Click the Payment Method (GATEWAY) button.

• Add a product to your cart and select the "Pay with GarantiBBVA" option at the payment stage.

• Enter your test card information on the pop-up payment page that opens and complete the payment.
